Writers Resource Center Holds Writers Workshop

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 8, 2013 - (Fairfield, CA) – The Writers Resource Center (WRC), a local writers group, will hold an interactive writer’s workshop at its meeting this coming Saturday.  Anyone interested in writing of any kind/genre is invited to attend.  The meeting will take place March 9, from 10 am to 12:30 pm at 1652 West Texas, in the 2nd floor conference room, in Fairfield.  The meeting is free for WRC members.  A $10 fee will be charged for non-members.  Attendees should bring their own writing supplies - notebooks and pens and be ready to participate in writing exercises.

Presenters will include Janie P. Bess, author of the critically acclaimed book “Visions” and founder of WRC; Vickie Ward, an anthology editor and publisher of books touting the accomplishments of women over 50; Wanda Campbell, a Christian romance author and publisher; and Janice Reaves, a children’s book author.

“We have lots of writers here in Solano County.  We hope they will come out and join us for a good writing session and to find out more about the resources offered by our group,” says Bess.

The Writers Resource Center is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 2003 by Janie P.
