South Florida Elder Law/Estate Planning Firm welcomes new attorney

March 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Florida Attorney T.J. Heinemann has joined The Karp Law Firm, http://www.karplaw.com. Mr. Heinemann will focus his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, wills and trusts, business succession planning, tax planning, and Medicaid benefits and Veterans benefits for long-term nursing home care. He holds a Masters degree in Tax Law from the University of Miami and a law degree from The Shepard Broad School of Law of Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of both the Martin County Estate Planning Council and the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council. He is also a member of the Tax Law section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar.

The Karp Law Firm has provided compassionate legal services to South Florida residents and their families for two decades. The firm maintains offices in Palm Beach Gardens, Port St. Lucie and Boynton Beach and serves clients from Palm Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, Okeechobee County and surrounding communities.
