First Car Rental is the Best in Car Hire Service in South Africa

March 7, 2013 - PRLog -- The South African Service Awards are the premier customer-driven service awards in South Africa. The gold award was officially announced at South African Service Awards ceremony being held in Johannesburg on the 1st March 2013.

First Car Rental achieved an overall service rating average of 89.72% from its customers whilst the car rental industry average overall scored 81.66%.

In the Travel and related services – Car Hire - category, the final audited results were:

• 2nd Place – Avis Rent a Car
• Excellent Customer Service: Tempest Car Hire
• Excellent Customer Service: Europcar
