FemCity Toronto Learns How to "Get the Gunk Out"!

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 6, 2013 - Toronto, ON – March 6, 2013 A healthy lifestyle and professional success go hand in hand! FemCity Toronto, the first Canadian chapter of Femfessionals, an international networking group for savvy, accomplished, professional women and business owners focuses on personal wellness as it welcomes guest speaker, certified nutritionist and author of "Get the Gunk Out", Shannon Kadlovski, to its March event.

Every month, FemCity Toronto hosts, networking lunches for diverse groups of professional and ambitious women who are looking to make strategic connections to strengthen their business and social circle. At each lunch, women are strongly encouraged to pitch their “brand” and interact in a positive and uplifting environment.

This month, the ever expanding group will feature Kadlovski, creator of the “21-Day Gunk-Free Living Kick-Start Program”, who will share her top five tips to healthy living from her book, "Get the Gunk Out". Owner and chief nutritionist at BareNaked Nutrition where she offers cooking parties, online wellness programs, nutritional consulting, and corporate nutrition programs, Kadlovski has written health and wellness articles for the Huffington Post, TONIC and Naturally Savvy Magazines and is the nutrition expert and community producer for “Healthy Helpings” on Rogers TV. She is also a faculty member at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she teaches “Holistic Food Preparation.
