The American Louvered Roof is manufactured in Louisville, Kentucky, by Cardinal Aluminum with 100% extruded aluminum. It is electrostatically powder coated to prevent rust, corrosion, or fading. It has been wet stamped engineered to withstand 140 mph wind loads.
The American Louvered Roof will work on any existing patio or deck space. It can be retrofitted to accommodate fireplaces, bay windows, jet outs, recessed areas, or unusual roof lines. Where a hip and gable roof will not work, an American Louvered Roof will. Enjoy the sun in the cooler months of the year taking advantage of the warm sun coming into the home, allowing 98% of the sunlight back into your space when opened. At the touch of a button on a handy remote, close the roof to enjoy cool shade during hot summer days. Stop the louvers at an angle to allow hot air to escape, feeling up to 15 degrees cooler. The American Louvered Roof will keep out light to medium rains, allowing the grilling or party to continue, not being deterred by a little rain.
Palmetto Outdoor Spaces was also awarded the Most Unique Product award at the Upstate Home and Garden Show in Anderson, SC in February 2013.
