When they look at businesses that have failed usually they find that the problem has been toxic relationships and bad business practices as the root cause.
It pays to play well with others.
These companies look at entrepreneur's very critically in terms of how well they can work with others. They are looking at your company in the long term, when your company grows you will probably find that if you have burned bridges with others in the past, then other companies aren't likely to want to work with you.
