The client wanted it to be built to certain specifications and its functionality to be divided into four different areas including:
Administrator
Bidder
Buyer
Seller
We created an admin panel so that from the moment a user logs in to the back end of the website they can manage banner adverts as well as users, content and any products from this area. On the website itself we developed a ‘Search products by category’ section to make it easier for users to find what they’re looking for and a product category module so users can browse through each section at the click of a button.
A ‘Subscribe’
On the homepage we added a gallery widget so that users can browse through the product range and find what appeals to them. For added peace of mind we also created a secure payment portal connected to PayPal so users can safely make transactions for their purchases.
With added social media functions which direct users to Kit Raider’s latest Twitter feeds, visitors will get a fully interactive and unique user experience every time they use the website.
What did we think about developing the Kit Raider website?
Speaking about the project, the JBi account manager said, “With a well-designed website from our clients, we were able the follow the brief accurately. Our web development team and project managers worked with the KR team, holding meetings at our offices in London and over the phone to make the needed requirements.”
