Tinsdills Solicitors have recognised that for many people visiting a solicitor can be a stressful time and that many firms do not provide such a high standard of service. Each of our clients is sent a satisfaction questionnaire after a matter has concluded asking for feedback on a variety of different areas including how their calls were handled and whether the matter cost what they expected. The satisfaction levels resulting from these surveys are published on the firm’s website and updated monthly; the most recent figures show that 100% of our clients would use Tinsdills Solicitors again or recommend them to friends and family.
There is substantial competition for the East Cheshire Chamber’s awards. The award’s recipient is decided by a panel of judges, drawn from diverse member organisations across the region who will be looking for evidence not only of past achievements, but also plans to further improve things in the future.
