Did Nike Steal It's New "Hidden Images" T-Shirt Logo From A Popular African American History Film?

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar. 6, 2013 - Nike has recently released the new Lebron “Hidden Images”  t-shirt line, and the makers of the popular African American  history film series Hidden Colors 1 and 2,and claiming copyright infringement. Many are saying that the logo for the new Nike shirts bear a striking resemblance to the movie posters and DVD covers from the Hidden Colors films. According to the film’s producer Tariq Nasheed, “ the logo and even the title of the Hidden Images Nike shirts are just too similar to our name and logo for it to be a coincidence.” The film Hidden Colors 2:The Triumph Of Melanin was released in theaters nationwide this past December,and it is now currently a top selling DVD on Amazon.

Hidden Colors is a documentary about the real and untold history of people of color around the globe. This film discusses some of the reasons the contributions of African and aboriginal people have been left out of the pages of history. Traveling around the country, the film features scholars, historians, and social commentators who uncovered such amazing facts about things such as: *The original image of Christ *The true story about the Moors *The original people of Asia *The great west African empires *The presence of Africans in America before Columbus *The real reason slavery was ended And much more.

Nasheed and the production company for  the Hidden Colors films, King Flex Entertainment, are planning on taking legal actions against the alleged copyright infringement.
