the year, but large spikes in the third and fourth quarter made 2012 a historic year
for LEGACY.
2012 brought a substantial increase in Angie’s List customers for LEGACY. For the
third year in a row LEGACY was awarded the Super Service Award for Windows
for Central Indiana. The award is given based on unsolicited customer reviews, and
users of the site know award winners have reputations they can trust.
LEGACY’s Westfield Indiana showroom located on State Road 32 just East of US31
also contributed to the firm’s record growth in 2012. According to LEGACY founder
Mark Spencer, nearly 6000 automobiles drive past the showroom daily. A large
percentage of these drivers residents of Noblesville, Fishers, Westfield and Carmel
residents, the areas which make up LEGACY’s top four zip codes by customer count.
The Westfield showroom is a former art gallery featuring high ceilings and excellent
lighting. The building dates from 1873. Prospective shoppers can inspect full size
samples of LEGACY’s unique window offerings. Stop by and see style choices, finish
and color options and demonstrations of our high levels of energy efficiency.
Mark Spencer also attributes the great year to LEGACY's Premier Properties
Financing Program. The interest free financing program allows customers a more
flexible way to pay for home improvements. The company places limits on the
number of customers in the program at any given time and the quota has been filled
since being introduced in late 2011.
“2012” was an exciting year. Our installation expertise continues to grow and the
trust and comments we receive from our customers motivates us to want to get
better. We are blessed to have met so many wonderful Indiana homeowners over
the past year.
