The Caribbean designer, known for her ability to combine unexpected colors and shapes, incorporates large hibiscus flowers, carved from a single piece of mother of pearl, on lace-up cuffs in shades of pink, green, and gray. The oversized hand dyed and hand cut black and chocolate-toned bracelets, Solomon bought in Europe from a third-generation leathersmith, are versatile statement pieces that can be worn around the wrist or upper arm.
“Combining flowers with leather creates the perfect edgy but delicate look,” Solomon said. “Women can feel feminine, yet sassy.”
The limited-edition “Bloom” collection also focuses on blossoms and leaves in various shapes and colors. Narrow textured leather wristbands with a snap closure, come in a variety of on-trend spring colors such as vibrant orange, aqua and yellow.
