Author Duane R. Olson was fortunate enough to have lived in a time where it was not uncommon for people to reply to an order of, “You can’t sit there,” with a response of, “By whose authority?” rather than today’s, “Yes sir. I’ll move.” In fact, he calls the people who easily fall into line with authority as “sheeple.”

The author suggests that no law should be enacted that will forbid or prohibit citizens “the pursuit of happiness.”  If we continue to act like sheep and don’t demand, “By whose authority,” the federal government will continue arresting, prosecuting, and taking away your life, liberty, and property. Quit being sheeple, people!
