The 3-day event began with an Opening Reception on Friday, March 1st, where guests mingled with the artists and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and wine. The exhibition was open to the public on Saturday and Sunday with free admission. The goal of the event was to advance awareness of stage IV breast cancer and the need for further research. One hundred percent of all other sales and donations go toward METAvivor’s metastatic breast cancer research grants. Sales of Angelo Merendino’s photography aid breast cancer patients in New York City.
