March 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Passover is the time for families to come together, observe the holidays and enjoy each other’s company, but for many families, there is not enough time to prepare a meal. Ben’s Kosher Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers (http://www.bensdeli.net/) is offering its Catered Holiday Dinner special that serves 10 guests.

Those who purchase Ben’s complete holiday dinner by March 20 will pay only $329.99 — a savings of $20 off the regular price — and will also receive four “BUY-1-GET-1 FREE” coupons on their Ben’s Friends Preferred Patron Club Card, one coupon each month from May to August. That’s a total savings of up to $100! Those who order a Ben’s Complete Holiday Dinner after March 20 will pay the regular price of $349.99. No on-card coupons will be offered from that date.

Ben’s Catered Holiday Dinner comes with 10 pieces of gefilte fish; one quart of chopped liver; four quarts of chicken soup with 12 matzo balls; a choice of three entrées: five roast chickens, a whole roast turkey (15 lbs. average raw) or four pounds of sliced brisket; a choice of two side dishes; one quart of cranberry-pineapple compote; one quart of fresh-cut cole slaw; one quart of carrot tsimmes; and 1.5 pounds of Ben’s own Macaroons. A large fruit salad bowl is available for an additional $29.99. Ceremonial plates are also available for $15.99 each.

This catering package is ideal for customers who wish to maintain the tradition of family gatherings during holiday meals. This tradition began when eastern European Jewish immigrants came to the United States between the early 1900s and the 1940s. Today, with more families who do not have the time to prepare a holiday meal because of their hectic work and life schedules, Kosher caterers like Ben’s can help keep the tradition alive.

“With Ben’s holiday catering, family members can spend more time together during the holidays and not have to worry about what to cook and for how many people,” said Ronnie Dragoon, Owner-Founder, Ben’s Delicatessen. “Ben’s takes all the stress out of having to prepare a holiday meal for your relatives, allowing you to enjoy a variety of Ben’s delicious menu items.”

All Ben’s locations will be closed in observance of Passover, starting on March 25 at 4 p.m. Ben’s will reopen on April 3.
