Neela, whose clients include Nestlé, HSBC and energy giant Centrica, believes ‘New Capitalism’ can benefit a company’s bottom line as well as society and the environment. “To be truly sustainable, an organisation must set ethical standards and plan for the long-term” she says. “I help organisations work smarter and more efficiently to achieve this, and in doing so, improve their competitive edge.”
Women in the workplace and gender equality is another of Neela’s specialist areas. On her website she demonstrates in detail that firms with a better gender balance at board level enjoy greater return on equity than their rivals. Neela also offers a maternity coaching programme to help business women make a smooth transition “from professional to parent to professional”
