Chanhassen, MN March 5th, 2012: The Canine Club and Spa has been named a recipient of the 2013 Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award presented by Talk of the Town News and Celebration Media for the third consecutive year.
The Talk of the Town Award honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service, as reported by their customers through user review websites, blogs, business rating services, social media, and industry accolades. The businesses are analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate each business’s star rating based on this data, which determines a business’s award eligibility.
The Canine Club and Spa is has been dedicated to providing superior care for animals in the southwest metro for over four years. Karen Jackson, owner of The Canine Club and Spa, with over 20 years’ experience has maintained a level of excellence that is unprecedented by any other animal care facility in the Twin Cities.
To determine 2013 award recipients, Celebration Media’s dedicated team of researchers spent more than 19,000 hours analyzing data from multiple websites that detailed customers’ experiences at organizations across the United States and Canada. The types of organizations and professionals eligible to receive these awards include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, dentists, physical therapists, veterinarians, optometrists, chiropractors, restaurants, bakeries, home improvement companies, florists, spas and salons.
This is the fifth year Celebration Media and Talk of the Town News have awarded companies with this distinction.
