Greendale Physical Therapy Announces Grand Re-Opening of Shrewsbury Clinic

March 4, 2013 - PRLog -- SHREWSBURY, MA – Greendale Physical Therapy has announced the Grand Re-Opening of its Shrewsbury Clinic. After more than ten years in the White City Shopping Center, the practice has moved to 280 Boston Turnpike, on Route 9 East, right down the road from its previous location. The Open House at the new clinic will take place on Saturday, March 23 from 10:00 – 3:00 PM.

“Our move to this large, state-of-the-art clinic would not have been possible without a supportive community and without the clients, friends, and partners in healthcare that we value so much,” said Clinic Owner and Director Jon Dooley. “We owe our success and growth to the people of Shrewsbury and Worcester and we look forward to saying ‘thank you’ to them personally at our Open House.”

Mr. Dooley explained that the new building, considered the new flagship headquarters of the practice, will offer many benefits to his practice’s patients. State-of-the-art physical therapy equipment, natural light pouring in through large windows, and more open space will make for a more comfortable environment. “The larger space accommodates new physical therapy equipment which will support the optimal treatment of patients of all ages, from young athletes to seniors,” he continued. There is also free parking and handicap accessibility.

More office space will also allow Mr. Dooley to run an education center here, an ongoing passion of his that found its footing in his “Greendale Physical Therapy U,” a series of classes that enhances the clinical skills of his therapists. He will also offer a free lecture series for the general public here. What’s more, the administrative function of all four of his clinics will be centralized here. Greendale Physical Therapy also has clinics in Worcester, Clinton, and offers Aquatic physical therapy for all clinic locations at the Greendale YMCA.

Clinic tours and refreshments will be offered during the Open House. “We hope everyone who has played a part in our success will come by to see this beautiful clinic – former patients, current patients, their families, physicians who have trusted us to treat their patients, business partners, and anyone else from the community who wishes to say hello” Mr. Dooley explained. “We owe this bright, new building to all of them.”
