The union creates one of the largest commercial print companies in Orange County, and provides increased financial strength to continue investments in cutting edge manufacturing equipment and service offerings. The company will operate under the name OCPC – formerly Orange County Printing Company – in Irvine, CA, where sales and manufacturing will operate. The combined organization will continue to be wholly owned by Consolidated Graphics, Inc., Houston, TX (NYSE: CGX), one of the largest US commercial printers with manufacturing locations in 27 states, Canada, the Czech Republic and Japan.
