Founded in 1989 by Stanley B. Greenberg, Tidewater has grown into several different business entities. Tidewater Property Management has two specific divisions, community associations and rentals. The community associations division provides financial and property management for community associations including condominiums, HOAs and commercial buildings. Tidewater’s rental division manages property rentals, such as handling communication with tenants, collecting rent and more.
