Free 2 Learn in Hackney was host to a large scale recruitment session on Thursday 25th and Monday 29th of October with a nationally recognised employer with who Free 2 Learn have strong long term links across the UK.
A record number of interviews were scheduled every hour throughout the day giving Free2Learn unemployed learners exclusive access to direct vacancies with a view to being offered positions if successful. It was fantastic to see Free2learn’s unemployed learners arrive in interview attire looking completely transformed and professional and eager to utilise their qualifications and training gained during their courses that they completed with Free 2 Learn.
The recruitment manager of the employer commented how professional the Free2learn unemployed learners were and found their positive attitudes in wanting to work a high advantage. The recruitment manager was also commenting on how the combination of the Free2learn courses much of gave the Free2learn learners a distinct advantage over other unemployed candidates as the skills they learned at Free2learn are the foundation for carrying out any role not just in the Security industry.
Applications are now in process and Free 2 Learn is expecting a high ratio in the conversion of interviews to the number of permanent positions offered to their unemployed learners by the employer.
