SGS to Provide Construction Supervision for Raiffeisen Bank in Belgrade

In February 2013, SGS was awarded a contract to supervise construction for Raiffeisen Bank in Belgrade.
 
March 4, 2013 - PRLog -- In February 2013, SGS was assigned a contract to conduct construction supervision services to Raiffeisenbank Beograd, the Serbian branch of Raiffeisen Banking Group's Austria-based Raiffeisen Zentralbank Ă–sterreich AG.

SGS was awarded this contract by Raiffeisen Bank (http://www.raiffeisenbank.rs/code/navigate.aspx?Id=55) Belgrade due to the solid SGS reputation and respected references within the banking sector. SGS services are scheduled to begin in March and continue for twenty-four months.

The Belgrade construction project plans to build an 18,238.48 m2 structure consisting of a basement, ground floor, six main stories (A, A1, B, B1, C, C1) and an attic. The complex will include one hundred-eight apartments with a 9,499.11 m2 net sellable area, twelve retail outlets at an 832.14 m2 net sellable area and one hundred-forty-three garage units. The newly built facility will be erected on cad.  

SGS will ensure that the project remains on time and on budget and meets all relevant regulations and quality (http://www.sgs.com/en/Construction/Services-Related-to-Su...) standards.
