SGS to Provide Construction Supervision for Raiffeisen Bank in Belgrade

March 4, 2013 - PRLog -- In February 2013, SGS was assigned a contract to conduct construction supervision services to Raiffeisenbank Beograd, the Serbian branch of Raiffeisen Banking Group's Austria-based Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG.

SGS was awarded this contract by Raiffeisen Bank (http://www.raiffeisenbank.rs/code/navigate.aspx?Id=55) Belgrade due to the solid SGS reputation and respected references within the banking sector. SGS services are scheduled to begin in March and continue for twenty-four months.

The Belgrade construction project plans to build an 18,238.48 m2 structure consisting of a basement, ground floor, six main stories (A, A1, B, B1, C, C1) and an attic. The complex will include one hundred-eight apartments with a 9,499.11 m2 net sellable area, twelve retail outlets at an 832.14 m2 net sellable area and one hundred-forty-three garage units. The newly built facility will be erected on cad.

Furthermore, SGS experts will ensure that all work is in accordance with the specified technical documentation and the construction permit as well as produce and submit correct and complete declarations, documents and certificates.
