The future is here! Asteroid and Lunar Mining Workshops at International Space University

Asteroid and Lunar Mining workshops of the future are here today. Earth Space Technology will be presenting these workshops at the International Space University during the Space Studies Program during July 2013 in Strasbourg, France.

March 3, 2013 - PRLog -- As an invited Faculty member of the International Space University(ISU), Kim Ellis will be presenting 3 workshops and training sessions for space industry professionals  at the Strasbourg Central campus during the Space Studies Program in France in July 2013.  These workshops will examine the technical aspects of Lunar and Asteroid Mining, Space Law issues in commercial mining operations and lunar simulation workshops.  "I am expecting around 60-80 students between the three workshops".

ISU is a not-for-profit instutution which exists to further education and research in space science and technology and visiting faculty donate their services in providing lectures and workshops.   "My company is able to provide these educational services because of the generous sponsorship contributions made by various Australian industry organisations such as Andromeda Industries. "

Andromeda Industries is a regional business that has gone from strength to strength over the last 10 years. Manufacturers of Plaited and woven steel cables and Rubber Belt Specialists, principal, Raymond McLaren and I met following my tech talks on ABC radio back in 2010.  Raymond has been a key supporter in assisting my company to participate in ongoing research and education.  Andromeda Industries is a repeat sponsor.  To find out more about our sponsors and our organisation visit www.earthspacetech.com and http://www.earthspacetech.com/Bronze_Sponsors_2.html

Our company is currently accepting a limited number of applications to provide sponsorship to facilitate these workshops as we require travel, workshop materials, safety equipment and postage to transport the educational equipment to Strasbourg in France. "With some of these sponsorships already taken up, I anticipate that the value and exposure  that companies like Andromeda industries gained through previous sponsorships will only be enhanced in provision of these futuristic workshops."    For more information regarding sponsorships or Earth Space Technology contact Kim Ellis or visit the sponsorships information page http://www.earthspacetech.com/Sponsorship_Packages.html
