To the question as to how much will GPS tracking solution cost to the users, Mr Singh asked the counter question, "How much do you pay to Google for using its services? You just need to have an appropriate device to use our solution till you fall under the category of retail customer", signalling the possible game changing strategy of the Hawktrack. This could mean it might not be charging anything on the monthly basis till the lifetime of the tracking device as against the existing players in the unorganised sector who charge Rs.350 per month on the average per device. This could be a good news for private and small business vehicle owners who dont use tracking devices due to heavy running cost despite their utility.

As per Mr Singh Hawktrack is going to be different from the existing players in the unorganised sector due to its 'one of its type' marketing strategy but also like one differentiates between a local level computer assembler and a company like Dell or ASUS. "It's all about quality and providing the complete and reliable service package. A common person is least bothered about the technicalities of a product. He is more concerned as to how that particular product is going to solve their daily problems. That is what we intend to do. We want to make the whole experience of the user seamless", he insists.
