Godrej Eon 'Woman of Substance' picture
in association with Ponds Femina Miss India 2013
Mumbai: As part of its continuous efforts in strengthening its relationship with the women consumers, Godrej Eon has announced the ‘Woman of Substance’ Award in association with Pond’s Femina Miss India 2013.
Unlike a beauty pageant which seeks to felicitate women on the basis of beauty and overall personality, the Godrej Eon ‘Woman of Substance’ Award will honor women from amongst millions of ordinary Indian women. These are the ones who do not make headlines but through their silent efforts, they have enriched their own lives or made a difference in the lives of those around them and sometimes even taken up the mantle of social causes bravely, without bothering about accolades and adversity.
Godrej believes no effort is big or small and that every effort requires profound courage, dedication and substance. These women are indeed the real beauty queens of India and the Woman of Substance initiative is a humble effort on part of both Godrej Eon and Femina to honor these women.

The best entry will be crowned by Vanya Mishra, Femina Miss India World 2012 at the Grand Finale of Pond’s Femina Miss India 2013 on 24th March. Also the winner will get a gift hamper worth Rs. 1 Lac from Godrej Appliances.
