Annual Chipping in for Children™ Golf Tournament Seeks Sponsors For Local CMN Hospitals

March 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Nashville, TN – Several national vendors and local sponsors have already signed up to share the spotlight and the greens on Tuesday, May 14th at the Nashville Chipping in for Children™ golf tournament at Gaylord Springs Golf Links from 10am -8pm, with a 12pm shotgun start.

The first annual Nashville Chipping in for Children™ charity tournament raises money for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals; Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN and East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in Knoxville, TN.  Although this is the first year in Tennessee, this WalMart supported, Chipping in for Children™ program, originated by Cliffedge Marketing out of St. Louis, MO, is in its third year and has currently raised more than $200,000 for CMN hospitals in Saint Louis and Kansas City.  The 2013 CIFC program looks to bring in more than $300,000 in donations across the four participating regions.  

Tournament organizers are still accepting donations and tournament sponsorships.  Sponsor levels range from hole and GPS sponsorships to driving range and cocktail party sponsorships.  All sponsorship levels include sponsor signage, one tournament foursome, and several additional opportunities.

In addition to a prestigious round of golf for a great cause, sponsors and players will receive lunch, hole in one contest, cocktail hour, dinner, and awards ceremony featuring Children’s Miracle Network families and Children Ambassadors, as well as the ability to mingle with WalMart managers, food related vendors, CMN board of directors, and other supporters of the organization and local area hospitals.
