There is no membership required! You pay when you join a session – the trainer sets the price, typically $0.99 - $2.99 and sometimes even free. Previous sessions are later available for streaming on demand.
Trainers on Fitblok are independent and come from every field of fitness. They schedule their sessions, invite their followers and deliver their workouts.
