Inavero Recognizes Ultimate Staffing with Best of Staffing™ Awards for Third Consecutive Year  

02/28/13 (Woodland Hills, California) – Ultimate Staffing Services has been named to Inavero’s Best of Staffing™—Client and Best of Staffing™—Talent lists once again!  These awards recognize Ultimate Staffing’s exceptional commitment to customers and temporary employees (our “Ambassadors”).

Less than 1% of North America’s 17,000 staffing firms are recognized with Best of Staffing™ honors, the largest client and talent satisfaction survey of its kind for the staffing industry.  Even fewer are recognized as recipients for both of the award categories.

Ultimate Staffing received extraordinary satisfaction scores for both awards categories—Client and Talent. In partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero uses a Net Promoter® Score to select firms for the Best of Staffing™ list.  Out of the thousands of business clients and job candidates surveyed, the net promoter score is the percentage of respondents who reply to the survey saying they intend to promote their staffing firm to others.

Ultimate Staffing’s Ambassador rating was more than double the staffing industry average in the Talent category, and the company’s net promoter rating among clients was almost quadruple the industry net promoter score.
