Canadian Pricing Announced for the 2014 Nissan GT-R, Arriving Soon at Knight Nissan

Soon to make its grand entrance at this Swift Current Nissan dealer, the 2014 GT-R is due to begin rolling in at Nissan dealerships across both Canada and the United States. Available as a GT-R Premium, GT-R Premium with Premium Interior Package, and a GT-R Black Edition, the 2014 GT-R gains a performance boost as well as an increased throttle response, upgraded chassis, and a game-inspired multi-function display.

The manufacturer’s suggested retail prices released by Nissan Canada Inc. for the 2014 Nissan GT-R are as follows:

•   GT-R Premium: $106,930 CAD
•   GT-R Premium with Premium Interior Package: $110,930 CAD
•   GT-R Black Edition: $116,565 CAD


The 2014 GT-R will arrive loaded with an advanced VR38DETT 3.8L twin turbo V6 that cranks out 545 hp and 463 lb-ft of torque. For the 2014 model, Nissan applied minor tweaks to the engine’s internals, improving its throttle response as well as increasing body rigidity, tweaking the shock absorbers, and the front anti-roll bar and springs, all to reach the goal of enhanced comfort and high-speed handling.


The GT-R Premium features performance bucket seats, a cockpit-style instrument panel complete with tachometer, a multi-function display with mechanical and driving information and an on-board driving recorder, an 11-speaker Bose sound system, and a rearview monitor. The new Premium Interior Package added on to the 2014 GT-R offers exclusive hand-stitched Amber Red semi-aniline leather appointments on the front seats while the 2014 GT-R Black Edition models pick up a new red-accented steering wheel.


In traditional GT-R style, each 2014 GT-R model is hand-assembled in an individualized room and will feature an aluminum nameplate on its engine that carries the name of its individual engine builder.
