In addition to changing its Dodge name, the 2013 SRT Viper also shed hundreds of pounds with a new high-tech carbon fibre and aluminum frame, as well as other lighter components and newly designed seats. This new frame boosts the model’s fuel efficiency, while also increasing its already world-class performance capabilities. Reminiscent of the styling when this coupe debuted back in the 1990s, the fully integrated and aerodynamic design of the 2013 SRT Viper is also indisputably current with a polished look that includes modern bi-xenon HID headlamps and diode-based illumination for the brakes and rear signals.
Under the hood of this striking new model, the new SRT Viper is equipped with an elite 8.4L V10 engine that produces 640 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque, making the Viper the biggest producer of torque out of any street legal, naturally aspirated vehicle in the world. In terms of performance, this Viper can reach 100 km/h in only 3.5 seconds and turns corners with a tight 1.0 g of grip. If you push the SRT Viper to its extreme limit, it can reach an incredible top speed of 331 km/h.
This a top-notch racer provides plenty of luxury features inside the cabin. It’s equipped with a generous range of state of the art technologies, including a 7-inch full-color customizable instrument cluster, Uconnect in-vehicle connectivity system with optional SiriusXM Travel Link, premium Harman Kardon audio system, and much more. The cabin of the new Viper stays true to its racing legacy with Sabelt racing seats sporting color accents, Gun Metal trim on the cluster bezel, and full leather upholstery.
