However the NHS Outcomes Framework does not exist in isolation, which can lead to confusion.This important new conference has been designed to clarify roles and responsibilities in relationship to delivery of each of the National Outcomes Frameworks. Exploring how these Frameworks link and align with each and specifying who is accountable to whom, for the delivery of which outcomes.
The event also provides timely, practical guidance around the measurement, monitoring, reporting and improvement of outcomes in the reformed health and care system. It also delivers useful case studies, which will enable organisations to make best use of the growing volume of outcomes data available.
