Capita announce details of their Delivering the National Outcomes Frameworks Conference

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 28, 2013 - Over the past few years the NHS and social care have become increasingly focused on outcomes. Within the reformed health and care system, the NHS Outcomes Framework is the key document informing all planning and performance management. With both commissioners and providers expected to make improvement against Framework indicators.

However the NHS Outcomes Framework does not exist in isolation, which can lead to confusion.This important new conference has been designed to clarify roles and responsibilities in relationship to delivery of each of the National Outcomes Frameworks.
