The 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine, called the FF Hybrid, will offer drivers a similar amount of torque to the current 3.5-liter V6 engine. Drivers will also experience improved fuel economy with the new powertrain, thanks to a more efficient transmission and a smaller lithium-ion battery.
