Our technology training is aimed at a number of key areas of IT and Communications, including Data Networking, Data Communications and Telecommunications. We offer everything from technology overviews for non-technical staff to hands-on training for technicians and engineers.
A brief example of some of our popular training courses includes:
1. Voice over IP with SIP – A 3 day instructor-led training course which examines VoIP technology and provides hands-on configuration and analysis examples throughout the course so that delegates leave the course with the ability to understand, configure and troubleshoot small to medium-sized Voice over IP implementations.
2. Understanding NGN (Next Generation Networks – A 2 day Instructor-led training course which explores the way traditional telecommunications networks and data communications, packet-based networks are being integrated to provide a single infrastructure for the delivery of telephony, data and multimedia services to customers.
3. TCP/IP and LAN Technologies – A 2 day Instructor-led training course which has been designed to provide students with a basic knowledge of Networking through the use of the Internet Protocols. By the end of this training course, students should have a thorough understanding of Internetworking.
