Award-winning mezzo-soprano Abigail Fischer has been called “riveting” Fischer’s expertise in music, has allowed her to perform a wide range of compositions, from the Baroque era to contemporary work, with different ensembles. Her recent highlights include starring in the multi-media opera premiere at the Kitchen in Missy Mazzoli’s Song from the Uproar. She also had her LA Philharmonic debut in Peter Eötvös' Angels in America, the Handel Messiah with Virginia Symphony, the title role in Rape of Lucretia with Opera Memphis, and a recording and performance of Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass with Boston Baroque.
