The Tampa Bay Business Journal recognizes companies with the best morale, engagement and retention. The process begins with a nomination, after which employees are issued a survey. Finalists are chosen based on the percentage of employees who respond and their answers to the questions.
Survey questions explore employee’s opinions of management, career growth, income, company culture, and team moral. Answers are scientifically calculated by Quantum Workplace to produce the Bay Area’s best places to work.
