Real Estate Insight, headed by Troy Huerta, is a team of licensed agents, listing specialists, buyers’ agents, a showing specialist, a transaction coordinator, a marketing specialist, and a short sale negotiation division. (“REI Team”)
Licensed since 1989, Troy began his career as a mortgage loan broker. He built a successful mortgage company before switching his focus to real estate; where he would go on to manage a team of 20 agents. Foreseeing the 2007 housing market crash, Troy and Tiffany transitioned into distressed properties. Over the past five years, REI Team has combined continuing education, seminars, and training with their proven negotiation strategies resulting in 400+ prevented foreclosures. Troy’s short sale expertise earned him a feature in The Wall Street Journal’s Smart Money Magazine. What distinguishes Troy from the competition is his commitment to lifelong learning and development. He regularly participates in conferences with the major lenders and has played an integral role in improving the short sale process for all involved. Troy joined Solutions Real Estate in 2013 because he believes in the company business model and because he wants to launch the team to the forefront of the modern real estate market.
Chris Whittaker is the Chief Executive Officer of REI Team. Chris has been a licensed real estate professional since 2000. He led a highly successful team at Keller Williams in Las Vegas, Nevada before relocating his family to Southern California. Chris joined the team in 2012 and is responsible for running the team at an executive level. He oversees agent roles and production, training, coaching, and accountability. Chris’
Tiffany Ayres is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day to-day operations of the business. After graduating from San Diego State University, Tiffany worked at a major international law firm as a corporate legal secretary. She transitioned to real estate in 2004, managing loan processing for Troy’s mortgage division, was promoted to office manager of Real Estate Insight in 2007, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Tiffany brings strong organizational skills and has proven to be instrumental in negotiating contracts and securing short sale approval letters from over 25 lenders and servicers. Tiffany also oversees the REI Team’s pipeline from inception to closing to ensure that every transaction is successful. She works closely with buyers, sellers, agents, and escrow to ensure a high level of customer service in each transaction.
Kimberley Vento has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1996. Her focus is on creating a win-win situation for each of her clients with the goal of exceeding expectations on customer service, communication and commitment. Her experience includes Residential Sales & Team Building, Residential & Commercial Property Management, Leasing and REO Asset Management in California, Hawaii and Washington State. She is a listing specialist on the REI Team.
Tyler Hagerla has been a licensed Realtor since 2009. He’s originally from a small town in Iowa and got into real estate after college. He relocated to California to be a golf pro and fell in love with surfing and now he never wants to move away. Tyler is a full service buyer’s specialist with lots of experience working short sales, bank owned property, golf course communities, beach front neighborhoods, condos and flips.
Angela Pinamonti has been a licensed Realtor since 2012. She is the REI Team Showing Specialist and she provides a high level of customer service to each prospective buyer. Angela helps every buyer prequalify with a preferred lender, and she takes the time to get to know each client so she can find them the perfect home within their financial parameters. Angela enjoys real estate research, showing property and attending open houses. Angela genuinely cares about each buyer and works diligently to get them under contract.
Connie Henderson has been in the real estate and lending business since 1989. Connie joined REI Team in 2012 to network with professional groups and secure a strong referral business portfolio for the team. Connie’
Ally Norton is the REI Team marketing assistant. Ally graduated from Bryn Mawr and is responsible for websites, blogging, advertising and marketing campaigns. Ally also maintains the policies and procedures manual and assists with listing packages and MLS entry.
