L.E.K. Consulting strengthens Organisational Strategy offering with two new Partners in Europe

Consulting has appointed Aubry Pierre and Vassilis Economides as Partners in Europe, where they will lead the development and delivery of Organisational Strategy services to clients across the region.  The new Partners bring extensive experience of helping businesses transform their performance by aligning their organisation with their business strategy and creating the capabilities required for successful strategy activation.

Aubry Pierre has been advising clients across Europe, the U.S., the Middle East and Asia for more than 20 years. He focuses on corporate strategy, organisational strategy, corporate transformation and strategy activation. His sector experience covers banking, insurance, consumer goods and industrial products.  Prior to joining L.E.K., Aubry worked extensively in the consulting industry and most recently led the organisational strategy practice of a global consulting firm in Europe.

Vassilis Economides has over 12 years’ experience in advising major organisations in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East on operating model transformation, large-scale performance improvement, and commercial model and pricing effectiveness.  Vassilis’s sector expertise covers a range of industries, including consumer goods, industrial products and financial services.  Prior to joining L.E.K., Vassilis was a Partner and co-leader of the organisation and leadership practice of a global consulting firm in Europe.
