New Partner to Lead California Tax Practice from offices in San Francisco Bay Area


Feb. 26, 2013 – http://www.rbsmllp.com (http://www.rbsmllp.com/)  a full-service business accounting and advisory firm with headquarters in New York City, announces the addition of Nancy Peck as a partner in the San Francisco office, who will also manage the firm’s California tax practice.  With more than 25 years of experience, Peck has handled a wide variety of transactional matters for individuals, partnerships and corporate clients, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions on both the buyer and the seller side, including tax compliance issues of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as hedge funds and other private equity transactions.

Prior to joining RBSM, Peck was a partner at the accounting firm of PMB Helin Donovan, LLP and a manager in the San Francisco office of KPMG.  Throughout her career, Peck has shown an ability to handle complex transactions across a variety of industries and entities.  Peck also has experience handling commercial and residential real estate, and leasing matters and advising clients with regard to regulatory issues.

Peck regularly advises clients with regard to matters such as entity structure, foreign tax issues, and general business and contract matters.  Peck has provided advice on numerous international transactions, for clients in a wide variety of industries.

Peck earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and her MBA from Golden Gate University with an emphasis in taxation.
