PRLog - Feb. 26, 2013 - PHILADELPHIA -- The Meredith School Auction is just a few days away and it is being billed as the premiere event of the school year! Hot new items have been put on the auction block including a week at a condo in Scottsdale, Arizona and front row seats at the Philadelphia 76ers! The auction takes place this Saturday March 2, 2013, from 6pm-10pm at the IATSE Ballroom located at 2401 Swanson Street. South Philly's #1 DJ Johnny Looch will be spinning the tunes and promises to push the party past 10pm if the auction meets it's goal! CBS3’s Jim Donovan will be the celebrity emcee. Tickets cost $40 in advance and $45 at the door and includes dinner, drinks, and a chance to bid. There will be silent and live auction items with a professional auctioneer. Other items include a Flyers helmet autographed by all of the players, hotel stays, private cooking classes, and gift cards to theaters, restaurants, and museums. Each classroom at Meredith is putting together auction items including handmade crafts and themed baskets with everything from martinis and margaritas, to gardening and family game night.
