American Widow Project
The weekend, aimed at creating new bonds and promoting healing in a relaxed atmosphere, will be spent in Anna Maria at a vacation rental generously donated by Ashley of AMI Cottages. Activities planned for the weekend include a morning of Yoga on the beach, a sunset cruise on a catamaran, and a day of deep-sea fishing. In addition to the named events, the AWP has a few more surprises in store for the military widows attending this special weekend getaway.
The American Widow Project would like to thank Ashley Hiller of AMI Cottages, Kathleen Dell of Kathleen D Sailing Charters, Cindy Phillips of Island Yoga Space, Leo Suarez and The Fresh Market, Casey of Dominoes Pizza for providing dinner on Friday, Caren of the Sandbar Waterfront Restaurant, Greg of Flying Fish Fleet and all AWP Supporters for their generous donations and efforts in supporting this event.
