UB4Me Apparel, designers of stylish apparel that benefit many different charities, is using an inventive way to get help with a project that would be a major undertaking for any company. The two-year old apparel company is using Kickstarter.com to collect pledges to help get their first retail store opened. The first retail store will carry the full line of UB4Me Apparel's charitable shirts as well as popular women's jeans and other fashion accessories.

Kickstarter.com is a rewards based pledge platform for innovative ideas and projects. It is full of ambitious, innovative, and imaginative projects that are brought to life through the direct support of others. Backers are the people who connect with a project enough to commit a Pledge. Each Pledge amount comes with a predetermined Reward. So really, you are showing your support for a project when you pledge but you also are getting something in return from the project creator.
The UB4Me Apparel Rewards include a Limited Edition Shirt that was created just for this project. Pledge amounts can range from $10-1000. Also in the Rewards List a packages of 2 - 5 shirts and a VIP Package that includes 10 shirts and dinner with the Founders, Ken & Jennifer Manisco.
