Talentia by Lefebvre Software acquires Cezanne Software, HR and Talent Management

Feb. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- The acquisition of Cezanne Software, a leading European provider of HR and Talent Management solutions, is Lefebvre Software's fifth external acquisition within the last six years. This transaction allows Lefebvre to strengthen its expertise and product range, and expand its presence across Europe.

This financial strength has allowed us to pursue the ambitious strategy that we set at the beginning of our adventure in 2007. Cezanne Software's suite of HCM solutions comprising Connect, Enterprise and HRCharter, have been implemented by over 700 customers including many of the world’s best known companies. Cezanne’s software and services add an important new dimension to the existing Talentia range of performance management products (Finance, CPM, Consolidation, Reporting, Budgeting and HR-payroll) to achieve an holistic approach to strategic enterprise management.
