Lee & Associates Procures 8,072-Square-Foot Office Lease

Feb. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate services firm, brokered the renewal and expansion of an 8,072-square-foot office lease at 2000 Riveredge Parkway, a 229,948-square-foot Class A office building.

The tenant expanded from 3,100 square feet on the 7th floor to 8,072 square feet on the 6th floor. The Landlord, Rfp Mainstreet 2000 Riveredge extended favorable terms to maintain their tenant. Steve A. Massell, CCIM of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Indigo Payments, Inc., a company dedicated to providing simple, affordable payment processing solutions. Cindy Coombs of Newmark Knight Grubb Frank represented the landlord.
