From the flashing lights of cameras, to of course, a walk, roll or stroll down the “blue carpet”, this will be a truly memorable evening! Attendees will enjoy star treatment complete with hors d'oeuvres, music, raffle prizes, and exhibitors.
Two Lucky High School Seniors will be Awarded Free Prom Giveaways
The event, which is a part of TLC Mobility Foundation’s PROMability initiative, will highlight and award two graduating high school seniors with disabilities from Palm Beach, Broward and/or Miami/Dade County, public, private, or home school the ultimate prom giveaway. This includes prom night limousine service, prom attire, hair styling, make-up, prom tickets, electronics, and a one-on-one mentor lunch as they prepare to transition to adulthood − all of this made possible by the PROMability sponsors and supporters.
This blue carpet event is geared to support the ongoing commitment and efforts of TLC Mobility Foundation to promote the inclusion of children and adults with disabilities into work, home, and community life by building a "make-a-wish"
Palm Beach State College offers students help to succeed inside and outside of the classroom. “Recognizing that each student is unique with diverse needs and goals, we strive to maintain small class sizes and offer programs to develop the whole student, including ethics, leadership and community service opportunities. Our faculty members represent some of the best educators in their programs of study, and they are dedicated to challenging our students and helping them achieve their dreams”, said Dr. Bernadette Russell, Provost of Palm Beach State College’s Boca Raton campus.
