Kluge explained that the Small Business Health Care Reform guide is intended to provide general information that helps business leaders get started with the process of implementing the ACA, but it does not address provisions that uniquely apply depending on the size and complexity of each business. “After putting the Guide together, we decided that we would offer the publication to anyone as a public service,” she continued.
According to Kluge, the new tools are the latest installment of the special MBPA benefit established last year to help members navigate the complexities of health care reform. Called Health Care Reform Connect,™ it includes a series of webinars, online resources and tools, a special monthly newsletter with the latest information about implementation and links to additional resources. The standard Health Care Reform Connect™ tools are augmented by MBPA experts who provide custom answers to specific compliance questions through the member hotline.
