Willowsford Announces Pulte Homes

Feb. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Willowsford, a new community in Loudoun County, Va. that was recently named “Community of the Year” by the National Association of Homebuilders, announced today that it has added Pulte Homes to its portfolio of builders. Pulte joins existing builders Arcadia Communities, Beazer, Camberley, K. Hovnanian, Integrity, and Van Metre Homes.

Pulte Homes, a national builder headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Mi., is known for its award-winning architecture and home designs. Three new designs will offer up to 3,400 square feet of living space and include features such as the Pulte Planning Center™, Everyday Entry™, owner's retreat and flex room.  Buyers will also have the opportunity to increase the size of the home by adding a 3-car garage, sunroom, screened porch, bedroom on the first floor and finished recreation room, to name a few.  Pulte’s Willowsford home designs were inspired by the area's rich heritage and are unique to the community.

Willowsford has architectural guidelines that include a requirement that all home designs in Willowsford must be unique to the community and cannot be available elsewhere. Architectural mandates also include, among many other architectural enhancements, the fact that vinyl siding cannot be used. Willowsford will introduce Pulte Homes at a special event which will take place at the Boat House Information Center (41095 Braddock Rd., Aldie, Va. 20105) in The Grove on February 16, 2013, from 12pm – 4pm. Pulte will begin sales of its new homes in the spring.
