• The traditional agent
"Salesperson" , by necessity of recieving an income, are focused on "making the sale". In fact, this is their overiding goal throughout the entire process.

• The Accredited Senior Agent
"Consultants", tell the client how it is, even if this means no making a sale today.This open and straightforward relationship is better for both the client and the salesperson. As an Accreditied Senior Agent we are here to help you make a smooth transition to the next adventure in your life.

The senior person making a move has many more choices available to the, whether downsizing, moving into the typical single family home or another type of housing that may be geared to their age related needs. As an Accredited Senior Agent I am aware of many options you have, whether in your current community or another. Some of those options might include:

• Taking advantage of government programs to stay where you are, if that is what you really want to do.

• Helping you to decide what type of future home makes the most sense for you, based on both your present and future concerns and needs.
