The innovative new app, which is now available for both i-phone and android devices, features latest news and advice, special Car and Van leasing offers along with the ability for customers to contact Concept instantly via their mobile – with emergency services available 24 hours a day.
The app also features a quirky “Customer Wall” which enables users to ask questions and send feedback to the Surrey based leasing and fleet management company. Users can also share the app with their friends and business associates on Facebook, via Twitter or by e-mail.
“What’s really neat about our new app is that Drivers now have the ability to submit a mileage reading to us directly from their app” comments Paul Bulloch, Managing Director at Concept.
“This works really well for customers using our unique Mileage Monitor service which enables proactive contract re-scheduling – ensuring customers only pay for the mileage they use on a Contract Hire or Maintenance agreement”
The new app is just one of a number of new and innovative uses of technology employed by the company to engage which customers and their drivers, which also include SMS text messaging and automated Customer Service communications and reporting.
