Overlook III, Suite 1850 Atlanta, GA 30339 before April 15, 2013. Entries are accepted from February 25, 2013, at 12pm EST through April 15, 2013 at 12pm EDT on www.JIC.org. Then, America will be able to vote through May 20 to determine the Top 20 Ultimate Proposal Contest finalists. The winner will be announced in June at www.JIC.org.
