The USACE requires all labs submitting test data to the New England District in connection with the USACE dredging program to have an approved LQAP on file that meets the requirements of EPA’s Regional Implementation Manual. New England Bioassay has been performing high quality sediment testing for over 25 years and the new validation makes them one of a select number of labs in New England qualified to perform sediment toxicity testing for the USACE. New England Bioassay will now extend their sediment testing services to clients in the field of dredging and marine engineering who require this validation for USACE projects.
New England Bioassay Inc. is a high quality toxicological testing laboratory which was founded 25 years ago in response to the need for precise aquatic and terrestrial testing and related consulting services. The NEB laboratory provides services to hundreds of industrial facilities, power plants, municipalities, and environmental consultants throughout the Northeast.
“GZA has enjoyed a longstanding partnership with the US Army Corps of Engineers and we are pleased to add this important validation that allows us to provide additional resources.
