Feb. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – eLaw, the single source of critical knowledge for busy legal professionals, today announced new enhancements to the popular eCopy portion of its case management platform. The improved communication and scheduling features help subscribers better collaborate with colleagues and staff, promoting increased efficiency and productivity.

eLaw now automatically sends each eCopy order to a subscriber’s eLaw account, in addition to users receiving the orders by email or fax. By having eCopy accessible via an eLaw account, subscribers can view or download the order at any time and not worry about the person receiving the email being on vacation or out sick. With appropriate permissions established, anyone from a firm can access an account and view, print or download and save the requested eCopy at any time, 24/7.

Additionally, eLaw has improved its calendar reminder alerts. Clients can now schedule appearance reminders one week, two weeks, three weeks or four weeks prior to the appearance and can schedule the day of the week on which they wish to receive the alert. This enhancement offers a more customized experience tailored to each subscriber’s unique needs.

eLaw provides the local knowledge required by lawyers to productively manage caseloads by searching and monitoring court dates and events. Subscribers have access to federal, state and selected local and appellate courts in New York and New Jersey, and they receive automated monitoring of cases of interest and alerts to events on registered cases. eLaw also provides automated synchronization of court dates with calendars in eLaw, Outlook, Google, iPad, iPhone and several other major case management systems. eLaw also offers custom, on-demand reports to improve business intelligence.
